1.全面负责项目开始阶段到收尾阶段等的所有工作；全面控制项目的安全，质量，进度及预算，保证客户满意度；Take the full responsibilities for the whole stages of project from project start-up to close-down i.e. control the project on all aspects with no accident，high quality，on schedule and under the cost budget and to secure the satisfaction from the client.2.作为项目的重要参与人，需有效沟通项目内外，带领项目团队完成项目工作；As the key person in the project, is the communication center of the project team and the external parties, need to lead the project team to complete project. 3.项目开始阶段，制定项目质量计划并通过项目总监的审核；监督项目团队严格按照计划执行工作；Work out the PQP and get PD’s approval at project start-up stage, monitor the project team to execute the approved plan strictly.4.沟通项目内外，管理并督促项目工程师根据设计及合约文件完成项目目标，满足客户要求；Interface all parties, supervise and urge the engineers to achieve the project goals in accordance with the design and contract documents to meet the client’s expectation.5.协调解决项目实施过程中遇到的难点与矛盾；Coordinate the difficulties and contradictions during project implementation6.通过各种方法加强项目团队的忠诚度、满意度及企业自豪感；Strengthen the project team loyalty, satisfaction and company pride by all means7.编写直接反应项目进展的周报及月报等；Prepare weekly and monthly reports that reflect the project progress.8.负责项目协调及安排相关特别会议；Chair the relative coordination and special meetings for the during project implementation9.审核签署相关项目外发文件；Review and sign the sendng out documents of the project.10.项目竣工后一个月，与运营部其它职员分享项目经验，并完成竣工报告，归档竣工文件移交运营助；Share the experience with operation staffs within one month after the project completed and submit the completed report and project document to OA for record.11.在缺陷整改期内，定期回访客户，协调整改缺陷事宜；Visit regularly, coordinates and deals with the defect& rectification works during defect liability period.12.完成上级分派的其它工作、任务。Carry out other duties/works instructed or assigned by PD/OD
任职资格Requirement：1.工民建或机电相关专业大学本科以上学历；Civil / M&E Engineering bachelor degree or above;2.10年以上项目管理经验。3年以上外资工程管理公司工作经验，熟悉国际工程管理模式为优； At least 10 years experiences as Project Manager. 3 years working experience in foreign owned engineering/ project　management company is preferred;3.具有国家一级建造师资格为优； National Grade 1 Constructor is preferred;4.具有极强的团队合作领导、沟通及组织协调能力； Good team work leadership, strong communication and coordination skills;5.较强的自我激励、自我创新和注重结果；Strong level of self-motivation, initiative and result oriented;6.有决断力，勇于承担责任；Decisive & willing to take responsibilities;7.较强的商务谈判经验； Strong experience in business negotiation;8.能熟练使用Auto CAD、Project、Office等软件； Familiar at Auto CAD、Project 、MS office;9.熟练的英语听说读写能力； Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills10.诚实，具有高度的责任心，工作有条理，保密意识强；Honest, high sense of responsibility, well organized with teamwork spirit and sense of confidentiality;11.愿意接受到其它城市工作（不仅限于江、浙、沪）。Be　Willing　to　be　dispatched　to　work　in　other　cities(not　only　Shanghai,Jiang　Su,Zhe　Jiang)
